What Does The Following Test Report Indicate?

The cervical canal is enlarge and patulous, associated reflux of contrast noted during extermination. The uterine cavity is normal in size and show a family regular outline. The left fallopian tube is visualized to its fimbrial end and is normal in caliber. It show free spillage of contrast medium. The right fallopian tube is not visualised. No evidence of pelvic adhesion seen. Conclution. Patent left fallopian tube. Non visualization of the right fallopian tube. Normal uterine cavity. Dilated cervical canal- please rule out incompetent cervix. What does this means?

The test report shows that the left fallopian tube is normal. However, the right fallopian tube has some kind of blockage. The cervix also seems to have some kind of abnormality. You need to consult your gynecologist for further management.
