What Does The Following Test Reports Indicate?

Rt. KIDNEY: Normal in size, shape and echotexture. It measures 11.2 cm in size with parenchymal thickness of 15 mm in size. There is prominence of pelvicalyceal system. No mass, cyst, calculus is seen. The ureter is not dilated. Lt. KIDNEY: Normal in size, shape and echotexture. It measures 11.8 cm in size with parenchymal thickness of 21 mm in size. There is mild to moderate degree of hydronephrosis with prominent proximal ureter. No mass, cyst, calculus is seen. URINARY BLADDER: It is well distended with smooth wall thickness. It shows internal echoes. Please get me some idea about this ? YYYY@YYYY
