What Does The Following Test Result Mean?

Test results. There is mild supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscle atrophy. Biceps tendon-intact, Labral/Bicipital Junction-intact, Glenoid Labrum-No discrete labral tear seen,Articular Cartilage-No facal carilage defects, Acromial Configuration-Bigliani type 1,Acromioclavicular (AC) joint-stable moderate marginal hypertrophy. IMPRESSION--Stable moderate acromioclavicular osteoarthritis, moderate supraspinatus and mild aterior infrasinatus tendinosis. Chronic small intrasubstance tearing of the myotendinous junction of the infraspinatus. No full thickness tendon tear is seen. Mild subacromial subdeltoid bursitis. FINDINGS--Bone Marrow- There are small degenerative subchondral cysts and marginal marrow edema @ the acromioclavicular joint. Small subcortical cysts of the anterior lateral humeal head. Joint space--No glenohumeral joint effusion, trace fluid in the subacromial subdeltoid bursa. Infraspinatus and Supraspinatus Tendons-- Diffuse thickening and a intermedialte increased signal thoughout the supraspinatus. There is mild intermediate increased signal in the anterior distal infrspinatues tendon. A small area of fluid signal is present within the infraspinatus tendon @ the myotendinous junction, suggesting chronic intrasubstance tearing. No full thickness tendon tear is seen. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT ALL OF THIS MEANS?

1.The report suggests that there are features of inflammation in the acromio-clavicular joint noted.
2.The adjacent tendon shows features of inflammation with altered signal changes seen on the MRI scan.
3.inflammation of the bursa, bone marrow shows cystic changes - seen in case of early changes of a vascular necrosis.
4.The summation of features suggest there is extensive weight bearing in case of the particular joint or history of any trauma.
5.The treatment in this case is rest with a course of antibiotic with symptomatic treatment will help.
