these tests points towards infertility or infection or diabetes.its infertility because the semen volume is less than 2ml,more than 50% sperms are immotile,and the ph of the semen is abnormal,normal values 7.2-7.6.it may indicate you may have an infection as there is significant amount of pus cells. the problem is very much treatable once the underlying cause is found.
