I have received my final report from the doctor as it is stated that...my sperm count result is 1 ml, the semen volume is 2.ml, coagulation is complete, colour is white grey, semen pH is 8.0 And the viscosity is 5 mm. Semen culture is positive. Progressive movement = prog movement 30 min is normal =prog movement 2 hours is normal = prog movement 8 hours is 0 which is abnomal Motility = motility 30 min is 60% normal = motility 2 hours is 50% normal = motility 8 hours is 0 which is low =serum torte is negative Comment from doctor Is Oligozoospermia And the motility and progressive movement after 8 hours is insufficient I would like to know if I can be able to get a child in future, I am 34 year old with no child and I am a male. Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to your husband semen analysis result you have semen volume of 2 ml & sperm count of only 1 million, which is low. As per motility of sperms, 60% of sperms were progressive motile at 30 minutes, 50% were progressive motile at 2 hours & no sperms were progressive motile after 8 hours.
So all together your semen analysis shows that you are suffering with sever oligospermia or very low sperm count. There was also no progressive movement of sperms after 8 hours. These both findings should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing
Achieving a pregnancy naturally may be a challenge with this much low sperm count. Low dose Estrogen Testosterone Combination Therapy may improve sperm count and motility in some men. IVF would be suggested if all methods fail.

Refer to your physician
Hope this information helps
