Hi,

1. Your test result is suggestive of typhoid infection in which the typhoid bacilli get to settle down in the bile.
2. To cure it you need to take a combination of antibiotics like fluoroquinolones and cephalosporins.
3. And after finishing the course of antibiotics, you can always take vaccination to prevent further infection to occur. Repeat the vaccination every 3 years.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
