What Does The Following Thyroid Profile Test Report Suggest?

I am medication of Hypothyroidism since April 2016. Right now, I am taking thyronorm 150 daily in morning. Here is the history of Thyroid profile test numbers from April 2016 and medication during those months. April 2016 T3,T4 - Normal, TSH - 60 (Starts with Thyronorm 100 mg) June 2016 T3,T4,FT3,FT4 - Normal, TSH - 87 (Doctor advised to take Thyronorm 125 mg) July 2016 T3,T4,FT3,FT4 - Normal, TSH - 80 (Doctor advised to take Thyronorm 200 mg) August 2016 FT3, FT4 - High, TSH - Normal (Doctor advise to lower the dose to Thyronorm 150 mg) 08 October 2016 FT3, FT4 - Normal, TSH - Normal (Consulted to doctor, he advised to continue the same dose i.e. thyronrm 150 mg) 16 Dec 2016 T3, T4 - Normal, TSH - Normal (Consulted to doctor, he advised to continue the same dose i.e. thyronrm 150 mg) 27 March 2017 T3, T4 - Normal, TSH - Elevated. Please see attached report. Please advise. Should does need to revised ?

Hello, i just read your query and from what you mentioned and the reports you provided it appears that you have a resistant form of hypothyroidism and thats why you need to adjust the dose very three monthly.
I am not aware of your other associated medical conditions and your body weight as well so i can't suggest much.
Also you haven't written the exact figure for the last TSH but since you said its elevated i suggest you increase the dose to 175 mcg and repeat the tests after 3 months.
