Hello,

It sounds like you have blockage of the right fallopian tube ( tube that connects the ovary to the uterus).
This is usually due to an infection, whether previous or current.

In my practice, I would advise you to consult a gynaecologist for treatment options which would likely include antibiotics and drainage of the collection by laparoscopy.
