What Does The Following Transvaginal Ultrasound Result Mean?

hi dr. good day my transvaginal ultrasound result remarks is normal anteverted uterus with myoma nodukes thin,hyperechoic endometrium small ovaries with small folicles on the right and none on the left. im 54 years old and my last mens. was on february 2016.

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your ultrasound report and I can understand your concerns.
Your scan report looks normal for your age.It shows some small myoma nodules which are nothing but masses of harmless fibroid,It require no treatment unless you have clinical symptoms.
Your ovaries are shows involution because you are around menopausal age.All other findings are absolutely normal and nothing to worry.
There is nothing to worry regarding this scan report and I suggest you to consult a gynecologist in case of any symptoms like abdominal pain or bleeding.
