General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The ultrasonography report is suggestive of uterine fibroids. These are benign (non-cancerous) smooth muscle tumors of the uterus they may cause no symptoms while others may have painful or heavy periods. Your mother needs to be clinically evaluated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
