Welcome to health care magic.

1.The uterus seen anteverted, its lie anteriorly in relation with urinary bladder. This is normal variations.
2.Uterus appears bulky with a hypo-echoic ( black on ultrasound) mass lesion noted measuring 3x2.4cm ( uterine fibroid anterior wall ).
3.Endometrial thickness seen increased - probable cause could be the mass causing pressure effect on the endometrium.
4.Thickened endometrium shows increased echo-tecture.
5.The treatment in this case will be hormonal initially and depending on the age and reproductive status treatment alters. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
