What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, My wife is pregnant about 26 week, her ultrasound report says that she has placenta posterior low lying upto internal Os. and her Cx lenght is 3.4cm. BPD:68.1 HC:240.4 AC:199.7 FL:50.4 TIBIA:45.0 FIBULA:42.4 HUMERUS:43.5 RADIUS:31.7 ULNA:33.9 TCD:30.5 N.T:1.8 ATRIA OF LATERAL VENTRICLE:7.0 CISTERNA MAGNA:5.6 Please let me know is there any complication in her pregnancy and what the precautions should be take.

There is no complication during pregnancy due to posterior lower lying placenta. you need not to worry. just be calm. placenta may ascend upwards as days pass but even it doesn't ascent there are chances that there is no descent of baby while labour then you have to opt for cesarean section. but that is not also a issue in modern era.
