hi I m 30 yers.usg seen.it is anti-verted and normal in shape.the llength is 10.6ccm,mildy bulky and the width 6.1 and the AP thickness is 4.7cm. the endometrium is 9.8mm and well identified and centrally plasced..no gestation sac.or fluid collection is seen.th myometrium look hhomogeneous and hyop echoic and layers can not be distinguish...plz tell me can I take baby
