General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The ultrasound report is suggestive of Pelvic inflammatory disease which can be caused by some sort of bacterial or fungal infection of genitals and causing ascending involvement of pelvic organs. Kindly follow basic guidelines for best recovery:
- Drink more liquids
- Cranberry sachet daily
- Prescription of antibiotics as fluoroquinolones and anti fungal as fluconazole from your doc
- Avoid sexual intercourse at present if active
- Take utmost care of vaginal hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
