What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?
I had my Transviginal ultrasound and resulted : ENLARGED RETROVERTED UTERUS WITH THIN ENDOMETRIUM. ENDOMETRIAL POLYP. POLYCYSTIC LEFT OVARY. The endometrium is thin (0.61cms), intact, and well deliated. with echoic structure seemingly attached posteriorly measuring 0.58 x 0.40cms. What this mean? pls advice. thank u

I really appreciate your concern, it is the cystic lesion detected in ultrasonography and it is common condition seen in female although it need to be correlated with the clinical condition else it is unremarkable as long as other disease are concern, hope this information helps.
