The uterus is non gravid and anteverted, measure (7.7.4 x 4.9 x 3.8)cm with uniform myometrium and a normal midline echo. There is a unilocular right ovarian cyst measuring 2cm in diameter with clear content(? mature follicle). I there is no demonstrable pelvic collection.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi, I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Thank You for posting in HCM.
This report of uterus seems fine in size.
Anterverted postion means that it is tilted forward towards the bladder, thats nothing to worry about as its how it develops, some females have a vertical uterus while some have retroverted uterus (tilted backwards).Follicular cysts, also called ovarian or functional cysts, may appear on or in the ovary. They are filled with fluid and are common in women of reproductive age.
They are painless and harmless and only in rare cases require medical attention.
Wish you good health.
