General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Occasional spotting is quite common at various stages of pregnancy. If ultrasound is unremarkable, be assured and continue the pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
