My ultra sound report shows retroverted uterus size 8.3*5.5*7.0cm Without distorted contour. Inhomogenous and non gravid With heterogeneous solid masses 5.3*5.7cm anterior upper body and 2.4*2.7cm posterior lower body. Endometrium size 5.7mm hyperechoic. Is this normal
