General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As there is heavy menstruation with an increase in the endometrial thickness of the uterus, it suggests endometrial hyperplasia from various issues most likely due to seeding myoma.

As per my clinical experience, the issue will require surgery for a definite cure, medicines will give temporary relief only with remission at times.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
