What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

What does the following report from my liver ultrasound mean? Does it mean I have secondary cancer? Liver:The liver measures 12.1cm at the midclavicular line and demonstrates normal echogenicity with slight coarsening of the echotexture. The main portal vein is patent and demonstrates a normal systolic flow velocity of 28.7 cm/second. Flow is hepatopetal. Thank you in advance of your answer!
