Real time scanning shows good somatic and cardiac activity with heart rate of 151 bpm. Both ovaries are unremarkable. No focal lesion nor discrete mass noted. No free fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac.The impression is Single, live, intrauterine pregnancy of about 10 weeks 2 days age of gestration by CRL. Negative adnexae. what does it mean.
