What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

my transvaginal ultrasound: within an enlarged uterus is a single fetus with CRL of 3.21cm with 10 weeks 1 day age of gestration.The yolk sac measure 0.65 cm. Real time scanning shows good somatic and cardiac activity with heart rate of 151 bpm. Both ovaries are unremarkable. No focal lesion nor discrete mass noted. No free fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac.The impression is Single, live, intrauterine pregnancy of about 10 weeks 2 days age of gestration by CRL. Negative adnexae. what does it mean.
