What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Mean?

What does my ultrasound report mean? Will I be having a hard time getting pregnant? My ultrasound report says, within the right ovary is a cystic structure measuring 1.8x 1.9 cm, unilocular thin walled with low level echoes suggestive of corpus luteum. Moreover it says, minimal free fluid in the cul the sac.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your Question very carefully.
According to your report there is a Corpus Luteum in your write ovary. Its a normal cell which form during every menstural cycle and secret progesteron. Which helps in establishment of pregnancy. If a woman can not conceive in a cycle, it regress and decay itself.
This is not the complete report of your ultrasound.
Do not worry about this report.
If you want to conceive then go for hormone level test at 2nd day of menstural cycle and Ultrasound at 12th day of your cycle for follicular tracking. Then consult with your Gynaecologist.
