What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
there is significant inflammatory reaction in both adnexae of pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic tissues there is also mild free free fluid collation in the pouch of Douglas Dr how can treatment this case
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. I have gone through the ultrasound report you have mentioned. This report is suggestive of infection in genitourinary organs. So you should consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and start empirical broad spectrum antibiotic for treatment. If antibiotics work, you will improve in 1-2 weeks. But if your symptoms are still persistent, you need laproscopic evaluation of adnexa. This will also help in identifying organism causing infection. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
