What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi. Can someone explain my ultrasound means.. Single live intraurine pregnany in breech presentation,25 weeks and 5 days by composite sonar age (BPD,HC,FL,AC) with good cardiac and somatic activities. Placenta anterior,hi-lying,with grade 1-2 maturity. Normohydramnios. Is there any problem or everything is normal? Pls kindly answer. Thank you!

every thing of baby is normal but presentation of baby is breech means it is not lying cephalic (normal presentation). now consult your obstetrician, he will do External Cephalic version a small procedure with slight discomfort before delivery. or may be delievey with cesarean section.
