There is a stone impacted in lower ureter. ureter is the tube which carries urine from kidney to bladder. This stone is obstructing urine flow and hence kidney has swollen up (dilated PC system). You will require removal of stone by a uro-surgeon immediately or there will be risk of kidney damage.
