What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
I am suffering from large size of right testicle without pain and any other problem .i am under treatment of O.P.D specialist Dr.rishi jain but there is lot of costly medicine (Rabesec -D SR,Augmentin 625 tab,enzomac plus)there is no improvement . My ultrasound report is... Findings.. # Right testes:right testes is mildly enlarged in size with normal echotexture. #Right epididymis: Right epididymis is enlarged in size and shows hetrogenous echotexture. #Left testes : left testes is normal in size and shows normal echotexture. # left epididymis: left epididymis is normal in size and shiws normal echotexture @ fluid + seen in right scrotal sac. Color doppler study revels increase vascularity on right testes and epididymis No varecocele seen No hydrocele seen # Expression: right epididymo orchitis.

It shows inflammation/infection of right testis and epididymis. Report needs to be correlated with clinical signs and symptoms. These medicines will be effective & are good for your disease. Just complete their course as prescribed by your treating physician.
