What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi. I am 2 months pregnant and had ultrasound test. The result shows that there is a hypoechoic mass at the lower aspect of the anterior uterine wall measuring 1.61x 1.65x 1.82 cm. And in impression says: Small Myoma Uteri, intramural. My doctor didn t explain this to me so i have no idea. And worried.... i have spotting for 4 days now but they just said that i need bed rest.

I really appreciate your concern, such test report of ultrasonography need to be kept in follow up, no more information is given here as long as the mass in concern, if the pregnancy is safe then nothing to worry hope this information helps.
