Hi im 29 years old have 1 daugther my ultrasound impression: Normal sized retroverted uterus intact endometrium with proliferative pattern Normal ovaries Pseudocysts,culde sac probably due to adhersions Minimal culdesac fluid of low level echoes probably due to inflammatory process (PID) PEVIC congestion What is the meaning?
The ultrasound report is suggestive of the presence of inflammation and adhesions in pelvis probably suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). I suggest you consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus treatment.
