What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
Hi Dr. I am 46 years old woman. Plase see my ultrasound report. I want to know the treatment and that I need operation? or not now I am suffer pain. Ultrasound (Abdomen & Pelvis) Liver is normal size and encho genicity. No SOL seen. GB and Bilary trees are not dilated and no stones. Pancreas is normal Spleen is not enlarged. Kidnes = Both kidneys are normal sizes and cortical enchoes. No hydronephrosis. Bladder is normal and no stones Uterus is RV 6 week size. Endometrial thickness is 10 mm. Inhomo geneous myometrium with small hypo ethoic foci are seen. No adnexal mass seen. Clus and POD clear. No Free fluid. No GI mass. No lymph node enlargement. Impression: Bulky Uterus suggestive of myohyperplasia with mild adenomyosis.
As per your history your urerus is myohyperplasia with mild adenomyosis ,so let me know you have pain or not if pain then take NSAID if you want and you can try conservative treatment oraly.As your age is 46 better go for total removal to avoid risk in future.

As per your history your urerus is myohyperplasia with mild adenomyosis ,so let me know you have pain or not if pain then take NSAID if you want and you can try conservative treatment oraly.As your age is 46 better go for total removal to avoid risk in future.
