What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

I have an ultrasound today because of absence of menses for more than a month and I used home pregnancy test and tgr result is negative im 20 years old I also have d&c last april 2016 this is the result of my ultrasound the uterus is anteverted and normal in size with no myometrial lesions.the endometrium is yhin and intact. within both ovaries are more than 12 follicles less than 1 cm suggestive of polycystic ovaries. there is no free fluid seenn in the cul-de-sac

as per your ultrasound report u are diagnosed as polycystic ovaries..
it is associated with irregular menses..
first of all have gynecological examination then polycystic ovariy related hormonal study..
