hello user thanks for the question As you have done usg ,kindly mention your symptoms also Now coming to usg reports , normally uterus is anteverted which is normal ,thickness is also normal range there is cyst in adnexa,its a part of uterus which join it from other structure here it is attaching uterus to other wall of body in simple language. The cyst is outside the uterine cavity there are two type of adnexal cyst one is benign and second one is malignant,so kindly get it removed and do biopsy of the cyst to check its nature.if you are coming across menstrual problem rest is good at look .do consult your gynecologist and if any querry get back to me wishing you good health ahead
