General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your USG report.
You have adenomyosis and fibroid.
Severity will depend on the your symptoms, your age and size of the uterus.
Please consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment.
Small size ans less severe symptoms should be treated initially by medical treatment.
Drugs like progesterone pill, progesterone containing devices, pause tx, GNRH anlaogue.
If medicine will not respond and symptoms will become severe then surgery should be advisable.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with iron supplements , drink plenty of water, maintain roper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
