What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

my wife aged 51 yrs had stooped periods 9 back. suddenly in the last month bleeding stated. shown doctor. advised to get usg lower abdomen. usg report shows UTERUS Anteverted. Bulky.(113mmx82mmx78mm) Endometrial echoline is central. Endometrium is thickened (18mm) Myometrial echotexture is coarse. Small hypoechogenecity are noted at placesAdnexae: Right ovary appears normal in size (26mm x 17mm x 17mm, Volume 4cc). It is normal in shape and echotexture. Left Ovary could not be located. No obvious SOL is noted in the adnexe. CAL-DE-SAC No free fluid is seen.URINARY BLADDER Shape and contour is within normal limits. Bladder mucosa appear normal No intravesical mass culus is demonstrated please advise treatment. do it require removal of uterus with overy? mother died of breast cancer 30 years back.
