What Does The Following Ultrasound Result Indicate?
I just got my ultrasound result. I just like to know if the result is normal i mean nothing to worry or i need to undergo medicine or any laboratory test RESULT Uterus: position: retroverted Texture: homogenous Corpus measure: 4.0x3.9x3.4cm Endometrium measures 0.2cm I just got the result of my ultrasound can you please tell if my transvi ultrasound is normal or not? Cervix measures 2.5 x 1.1cm Homogenous echopattern with intact endocervical canal. Absent nabothian cysts.Right ovary: measures 3.9x4.0 x 1.7cm (vol 14.5cc) located lateral to the uterus within the right ovary is cystic structure meas 2.6x2.8x1.3cm, unilocular, thin walled, anechoic.Left ovary: measures 3.2x3.3x1.7cm (vol 10.1cc) located lateral to the uterus. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac Impression/recommendation Normal sized retroverted uterus Thin endometrium Normal left ovary Follicular cyts, right Follow up scan on the 3-5 of the next normsl menstrual cycle

Dat report is apparently normal. Follow up suggested to confirm dat the functional cyst in the right ovary is disappearing. follow up is recommended after 6 weeks so dat it it ll be done in the diff phase of menstrual cycle.Take care
