Hello

Ultrasound findings suggests dilated pelvi-calyceal system of right kidney.
It may be due to many cause like calculus in renal pelvis or ureter, retroperitoneal pathology, over distended urinary bladder, stage before passing urine etc.
You may need CT scan of abdomen as calculus is not reported in ultrasound.
It is important to exclude retro peritoneal or pelvic pathology.CT scan can confirm the condition.
Generally it is due to simple reasons like calculus, stage before passing urine etc.
You should go for CT scan for confirmation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
