What Does The Following Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

I am 28 years old. I had done a scan today at 12 week pregnancy and report says that placenta is posterior( low lying), lower end just reaching upto the internal OS. It shows grade 1 maturity. So is there any problem or what precautions should I take regarding travelling, etc.

Hi I think you have a low lying placenta. So, you have to take extra care like preventing trauma and exertion, no coitus, and take bed rest. If you have any bleeding, contact your doctor immediately. Generally placenta moves upwards with increasing he. So, get scan done at regular intervals to reconfirm the position of placenta.Hope it helps.
