What Does The Following Ultrasound Test Report Suggest?

Dear Sir After Ultrasound test we got this report about my Mother.... Report Says: * Fatty Change in Liver (Grade-1) * Hepatic SOL/ Infected Hepatic Cyst * Liver with increased parenchymal echogenicity. A small anechoic structure with floating echo is seen in the right lobe of liver anterior to portal triad, measureing (4.80cm*3.16cm) Sir, please suggest me what to do about my mother treatment of her liver. At present, She take Antibiotic, vave, pantaprasol. N.B: She has diabetics... fastin-112 and after meal 226. my email: YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Your report suggests that the liver might have a liver abscess or hydatid cyst. Both cases required hospitalization. Further, a CT report will also rule out any possibility of a metastatic lesion. You need to get hospitalization depending on your general conditions.
