Hello dear Understand your concern High WBC and bacteria in urine suggest urinary tract infection. Pregnancy is a risk factor to develop UTI as change in urinary tract in pregnancy and uterus compress the bladder lead to incomplete voiding of urine lead to more chance of UTI.
UTI may cause low birth weight baby and pre term labour. So contact your gynecologist and take treatment Following treatment will help you: Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple Wipe area after urination Do not avoid to delay bladder Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin/norfloxacin will help you Syrup cital Tablet pyridium Wear pure cotton loose inner wear Take shower rather than bath Repeat the urine test and culture after 14 days or after completion of treatment to know eradication of infection.
