General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Urine analysis report you have furnished can be interpreted as follows:
1. Colour: Normal.
2. Specific gravity: Value is in normal range.
3. pH: Should be acidic and 6.0 is normal.
4. Ketone bodies and glucose are negative and hence it is normal.
5. Transparency is slightly turbid, which needs to be clear normally.
6. Protein with one + is indicating the presence of slight quantity of protein.
7. Microscopy is showing few epithelial cells, occasional mucous threads, quite a few pus cells and occasional bacteria, which are indicative of infection.
8. There is no observation of casts or crystals.
Hence, it is indicative of urinary tract infection but needs to be correlated clinically.

I would suggest to get the urine culture and sensitivity test done and consult urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
