What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Suggest?

Hi doctor, plz I nid an interpretation on this result, (1)Epithcells(+), pus cells(0_1), yeastcells(H). Gram positive large oval cells & yielded moderate growth of candida. (2.) Haematology- total bilirubin- 7.2, direct bilirubin-3.6, SGOT_7.0, SGPT_ 13.0, AlK PHOSPHATE- 15. (3) PH- -7 -0, UROBILINOGEN (++).I wud be very grateful to get ur response Asap. Txns

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your urine report showing fungal infection..
Clinical correlation needed for this...
Sometimes contamination of urine also shows candida...

Hence repeat urine testing and if still candida present then medication for that prescribed

Second your bilirubin increased and urobilinogen increased..
Hence hemolytic anemia should be ruled out...
(Because your SGPT, SGOT is within limit)

For that investigate with peripheral smear examination and reticulocyte count first..
Serum LDH also should be measured
