General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Leukocytes are white blood cells (WBC) and they respond/increase in the presence of an infection, nitrites also show up in the urine if there is an urinary tract infection.

The lab would also count the number of white blood cells seen, this was 180.
Because infection can cause inflammation of the lining of the urinary tract, blood can also occur which accounts for the blood.

The amount of bacteria is also quantified and the specific type, citrobater freundii is one type of bacteria that can cause infection.

Antibiotics would be needed

I hope this helps
