General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The following things can be concluded based on the urine analysis report you have furnished.
1. Colour is normal.
2. Transparency should be clear, but is hazy.
3. Reaction should be acidic and is normal.
4. Specific gravity is within the reference range.
5. Albumin and globulin is negative & is normal.

Microscopy is indicating Pus cells, few squamous cells, few bacteria and few epithelial cells, which is indicative of urinary tract infection. In case you are symptomatic, then you need a urine culture and sensitivity to be done and treated with a course of appropriate antibiotics.

For underlying conditions like urinary tract infection, fit to work certificate can be issued as it needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
