What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

hope you can help me... i had my urinalysis results: sp gravity 1.015 ph 6 urobilinogen 0.20 rbc 4-5hpf-----previous rbc 0-2hpf wbc 1-2hpf----previous pus cells 10-15hpf took inoflox 200mg 2x for 7days what does this new lab results indicates?? thank you..

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine report is as follows:
Presence of pus cells suggests presence of urinary tract infection.
Treatment with antibiotic has cleared away the infection as shown by less number of pus cells in subsequent urine analysis.
Presence of 0-2 red blood cells is normal and does not signify any disease process.
