What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

hi good day... this is the result of my urinalysis.... color- straw transparency- slightly turbid reaction- 7.0- neutral sugar- negative protein alb- negative specific gravity- 1.005 pus cells - 0-2/hpf red blood cells- 0-1/hpf epithelial cells- few mucus threads- few bacteria- few amorphous phosphate- few what this result mean? thank you so much...

Hello

Findings may suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of few bacteria in urine.
Few epithelial cells and amorphous phosphate are normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Leukocyte esterase test and nitrite test can be done for confirmation of UTI.

Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
you should drink plenty of water.
