What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

I m two month pregnancy I got my urine report Colour is amber Transperency slightly turbit Reaction acid ph 6.2 Sp gravity 1.025 Proteins trace Sugar nill Bile pigments nill Urobilinogen normal level Bile salts nill Casts nill Pus cells (8-10) Red cells nill Epithelial cell 15-20 Crystals cal oxalates + occational What isthe wrong with this report

Hello,

Your urine report is almost normal except for pus cells. Presence of 8-10 pus cells can indicate a bacterial infection of urinary tract. Asymptomatic pyuria (pus cells in urine) is common in pregnancy. You need to go for urine culture and sensitivity. Based on the report, antibiotics will be initiated. Symptoms of urinary tract infection are not seen in pregnancy. Please do get urine culture done.
