Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your results, your symptoms and i understand your concerns and we will work together for your conditions.

-you said that since one month you have black stool. Lets start with this symptom first. Black stool means an upper gastrointestinal (UGI)hemorrhagic condition (there are certain medication that contain Fe (iron) that can make she stool black, but if you are not in any medication, that means its blood). That means that you are loosing small amounts of blood in your UGI . Since ,3 years ago you tested positive for H.pylory, probably it's a gastric ulcer. You need to do an EGD - esophagogastroduodenoscopy for the diagnosis and start the treatment with PPI and antibiotics after the diagnosis. You also need to do a blood test to see the red blood count, and hemoglobin.

-Now according to your urinary test, it signs an urinary tract infection and you need to start antibiotics to treat it. Also your symptoms correlate with with diagnosis.

To resume, you need to check up with a Gastroenterologyst for the black stool problem and do an EGD
-check up with your physician to start the treatment for the urinary tract infection with antibiotics.

Meanwhile have plenty of liquids to flush your bladder and help it clean itself.

If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.
