What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi doctor , I did a urine analysis and this is my result .Pus 2-4 RBC 0-1 Mucus + Epthila 2-4 Yeast cells few What dose it indicate? I had slightly burning urine with itching and some time bad smell discharge . Can you help me what should I do , what drugs would u advice me

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Presence of yeast cell in the urine suggest urinary tract infection due to yeast.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine culture to confirm the urine infection.
Doctor will give following advises:
Antifungal drug like amphotericine
Tablet pyridium and tablet nitrofurnatoin
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
