What Does The Following Urine Analysis Result Mean?

Sir my urine analysis test is. Red blood cells is 15-20/Hpf And albumin + and pus cells is 2-3/hpf and epithelial cells + and colour is pale yellow. Sir what is the present condition of my kidney? If any dagurs problem in my kidneys? I want your suggestions

As your urine analysis report suggests you are having Urinary Tract Infection aka UTI. But this test doesn't elaborate much on the functioning of the kidney. For that some tests like Serum creatinine, Blood urea, S. electrolyte might give a clue. However depending upon your symptoms and clinical sign and other investigation( Urine Culture & sensitivity, USG KUB) your disease can be further classified into severe (pyelonephritis) or less severe(lower UTI)form of UTI and accordingly the treatment regimen can be fixed. Anyways Urinary infect in can affect your health adversely. Do visit your physician for proper management.
