What Does The Following Urine Cytology Report Suggest?

Hi, I have a 16.2 x11.2x13.6 renal cyst and a urine cytology report which states negative for high grade urothelial carcinoma (Paris system) and urothelial and squamous cells present. What does that mean and what treatment would you recommend? Thank you.
