General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The urine test indicates that you have an urinary tract infection caused by the bacteria klebsiella pneumoniae.

This can be treated with a course of antibiotics. These may be prescribed for 10 to 14 days to make sure that the bacteria is effectively treated.

There are certain antibiotics that are safe in pregnancy and not thought to cause any harm to babies, one of these may be prescribed for you.

Both you and the baby should be okay.

I hope this helps
